Purchase any time - collections weekly on Wednesdays before school in term time

Collections: During term time, any orders placed by midday on Sunday will be ready for collection Wednesdays 08:00 - 08:30 from the garage next to the Sixth Form Centre. Orders placed after midday on Sunday will be ready for collection the Wednesday of the following week. You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection. You are welcome to order during the holidays but collection will be the first Wednesday of the following term.

Donations: Preloved uniform donations with the new logo that are in good condition are warmly received. Kindly wash any items before donating. For junior school - please donate uniform via the red bin that is put outside the junior school entrance every Wednesday morning. For senior school - please donate via the school office on Wednesday mornings.

  • Parent volunteers

    We have a team of parent and student volunteers who work tirelessly to sort donations and pack orders. We are all busy juggling jobs, kids and running the NHEHS Preloved shop but we do have fun along the way! If you would consider giving up a bit of your time to help us, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us via the Contact Us page.

  • Refunds

    Our volunteers aim to sort uniform carefully and anything that is not in good condition is sustainably recycled. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your items, it is no problem to organise refunds. Just bring them back to us any Wednesday morning during term time from 08:00 - 08:30 at the garage next to the sixth form centre. If you want a different size, please place a new order and give us the items you want refunded when you collect the new order. We aim to process refunds within a few days.

    Q: Have you got an item in stock that isn't on the website?

    A: All donations are collected each week and itemised on the website within days so yes, all stock is on the website

    Q: Why have you got so little stock of some items?

    A: We simply have what parents have donated. Please note we don't sell old logo items and it is taking time for new logo donations of some items to build up

    Q: Can I come and pick up my order at another time or at short notice as I need it quickly? Or could you bring my item to me?

    A: Unfortunately our volunteers don't have the time to do this. It would be best to use School Blazer's expedited delivery service.
